The Grackle noseband is variation of the standard flash noseband, designed to sit relatively higher, avoiding the most sensitive areas of the face. Consisting of two leather straps which cross high on the face through a slotted padded leather circle, these effective nosebands feature a faux sheepskin backing for improved comfort. This particular design is found to be effective for horses who are known to display an open mouth while riding, making breathing easier.
