On placing your order we aim to process and dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. Please note this is not always possible if we are experiencing high volumes of orders. Our sincerest apologies for any delays but please do bear with us and we will continue to work hard on getting your order out to you. Thank you for your continued patience in these difficult times.
Please note our internet department works from Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. Any orders placed at the weekend will not be picked up until the Monday.
Items that are personalised can take up to 2-5 working days to be completed and ready for dispatch. Time frames may vary for made to order items depending on the volume of orders at the time of placing your order. You will receive an email advising of an estimated completion date. Please check your spam folder.
Out of stock items that have been placed on a back order are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of the item coming back into stock. Please keep an eye out in your spam folder for notifications/updates from us.
Most orders to the UK and Ireland will be dispatched on a 48 hour service once the order has been processed. There is an option to upgrade to a 24 hour tracked service. Please be aware that the 24 hour tracked service is not a guaranteed next day service.
We offer a next day delivery service on orders placed before 1pm. If you wish to avail of this, please ensure your items are currently in stock and select the appropriate option at check out. The option you need to choose is either Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm the next day or Parcel Force 24 hr to UK.
Next day delivery applies Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed on Friday before 1pm, will be delivered the following Monday. Any orders placed on Friday after 1pm, will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Please note next day delivery is not available on personalised items.
In the event that there is a delay with your order we will contact you to notify you, so please ensure the contact information that you have provided is up-to-date. If the revised date is unsuitable simply let us know and we will cancel and refund your order. Please check your spam folder for notifications from us.
We use only our most trusted couriers to deliver your goods. Currently we use Royal Mail, ParcelForce, and Fastway to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of your order.
ParcelForce may require a signature upon delivery, so to ensure timely delivery of your order please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the parcel.
Royal Mail will be a Tracked 24 or 48 hour service and will not require a signature. Please note both Royal Mail and Parcel Force advise these services are a delivery aim, not a guarantee.
Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Next Day Service will require a signature.
If you provide any instructions in relation to the delivery of your order to leave the goods in a specific place, outbuilding or with a neighbour you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of these instructions and we will not be liable to you in relation to any loss or damage to the goods resulting from us following your instructions.
Free delivery to the UK & Ireland on all orders over £100/€100*. This will be either a Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked service or a ParcelForce courier service depending on the size and weight of the goods. * Please note saddles, some stable equipment, heavy and bulky items are excluded and a postal charge will be payable.
Shipping prices are automatically provided on our website. Simply add the required items to your basket and view postage costs on the basket page of our site. Please note that depending on the size, weight and dimensions of some parcels there may be additional costs incurred in shipping and you may be contacted for additional payment.
Orders being delivered outside of Europe (including Channel Islands) will automatically have the VAT deducted at checkout once the delivery address is entered. Please note horse supplements, childrens’ clothing and books do not have VAT.
Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply depending on local legislation. Any customs or import duties charge when the goods have reached the destination are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient.
Unfortunately we are unable to advise of the cost of any of these charges as they vary from country to country. Some countries have restrictions on certain products and materials. It is your responsibility to determine whether there are any restrictions that may affect the delivery of your order in your selected destination. You should contact your local customs office for any further information. Also please be aware that we are restricted to shipping a total of 1 litre (1000ml) in liquids for International Orders.
